Please review these terms before using the North Current store.
By accessing or purchasing from northcurrent.us, you agree to these terms (effective October 3, 2026). North Current provides a curated selection of print-on-demand apparel fulfilled by third-party production partners. If you place an order, these terms govern that sale.
Your order is an offer to buy. Payment at checkout authorizes the charge, but our acceptance happens when your item enters production with our fulfillment partner. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is mispriced, out of production, or the billing details fail verification — and if we cancel after charging you, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Because items are made on demand, availability, pricing, and product descriptions may change without notice, and colors can vary slightly from on-screen images. If we discover an obvious pricing or product error after you order, we will contact you; you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payments are processed securely by Square. Your card details are tokenized in your browser and never stored on our servers. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where required.
Each item is produced after you order, so total delivery time is production time (typically a few business days) plus transit. See our Shipping page for current estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delays caused by carriers or production partners are outside our control, but if your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will make it right.
Our Returns policy — including how to start a return and when refunds are issued — is part of these terms; see the Returns page for the full process. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
All brand marks, artwork, and site content are the property of North Current and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, North Current is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this site, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect when you place an order governs that order.
