How we handle your information. Effective October 3, 2026.
When you place an order or start a return, you provide your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number (optional). We also keep any correspondence you send to our support team. That is the extent of the personal information we collect.
Card payments are processed by Square. Your card details are tokenized in your browser by Square’s payment tools and are never stored on our servers.
We use the information you provide to produce, fulfill, and deliver your order; to process returns and refunds; to respond to your messages; and to prevent fraud.
We share your information only with the services that make your order possible: Square for payment processing, and Printify along with its production partners for fulfillment. Our production partners receive the name, address, and contact details needed to make and ship your item — nothing more. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
We keep order records only as long as needed to run the business, including tax and accounting requirements, unless you ask us to delete them.
You can email support@northcurrent.us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to opt out of any communication. Utah residents: we respond to access, deletion, and correction requests within 45 days.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
